Dean has been feeling short of breath for a few days. But he hides it from Sam, and goes hunting. Unfortunately, he has a severe asthma attack and ends up in the hospital.

Gen fic, Season 6. Dean gets hurt on a hunt (I really like bloody!Dean) and is alone needing to take care of himself (Also a big fan of heroic staggering). In the end, collapses but Robot!Sam comes over but doesn't know how to deal/comfort him properly (doesn't he know comfort goes way beyond stopping a bleeding?). Cue Dean angst missing his brother's soul.

Most of the blood wasn’t his, but enough of it was that he was feeling just that off side of disconnected. ‘Yeah, let’s spilt up and track the vamps down. You’re ok with that, Dean. Right? It’s not like I let you get turned last time, no... no problem, right?’ Dean wiped at his eyes, belatedly remembering the blood and then not caring. Sam was off somewhere tracking down the other possible vamp and Dean was making his way back to the Impala, mission accomplished. ‘Ha! Mr Perfect I Have No Soul is probably there already, clean as a whistle and wondering what’s taking me so long. Douchebag.’

Some asshat root jumped up and tripped him, and Dean barely caught himself in time, narrowly missing face planting into a tree. Ok, so maybe more of the blood was his than the vamps, but hell if he was going to tell Sam. Righting himself, willing his legs to just work damnit, Dean pressed on, batting at the low lying branches with his machete. Ok, so maybe he’d been a little more reckless than usual with the vamp, charging in without really checking the lay of the land. But hell, vamps were a sore point at the moment and if there was one less bloodsucker out there, all the better. The thing was still dead, er, headless and who cares if it’d had tossed him around some, opened up a few veins, mocked his weakness. One good blow was all it took and no more sneering laughter. It sure as hell didn’t care anymore, and Sam sure as hell wouldn’t.

The dim forest titled just a tad as Dean paused, wiped his eyes again, smelling blood and iron and feeling sticky. Not far now, just a few more steps, then Impala and Percocet and Whisky. In that order. Dean took one step, knee and thigh shaking like anything, then another. And another. Way to go, Winchester. Bloodloss schumdloss.

The ground came up to meet him with forceful determination and all Dean had time to think before flesh met forest floor was, “Crap!”

Dean continues to get glimpses into/have encounters with the fairy world. I’d like it if the fae were a lot creepier than they were on the show (loved the ep, but I love creepy too) This, of course, leads to some serious hurt/comfort. That part of the prompt is totally open-ended. Take it wherever!

Gen or Dean/Sam would be ideal.

Not filling this exactly but I did a Faerie fic a while ago that might interest you anyway (so thought there was no harm pimping it...?) It has hurt!Dean and a smidgin of comfort, but the faeries are tough SOBs...:D

Gen,season 6, episode 5. The Vampire cure didn't work out as planned...It actually didn't work at all. :)

Sam/Dean or Gen. First time Dean is hurt since Sam got resouled. Sam's old-style care and reactions to this make for a genuine chick-flick moment between them.

The boys are investigating some strange events in a psych ward which leads to Dean being committed. I want 'sane' Dean being treated like he's completely nuts. Drugged to the gills, straight jacket or restraints on the bed, and even some electroshock therapy! This can be a take-off from "Sam, Interrupted" or it can be it's own case entirely. The angstier the better :)

ahhh, I want this really bad.

I'll keep asking until I get it! Dean ends up trached and on a ventilator in the hospital (crushed larynx, intubated too long, Spinal Cord Injury - I'm not picky). If Dean thought waking up intubated was scary just wait till the damn thing's stuck through a hole in his throat! Cue Sam trying to calm him down and attempting/failing at reading Dean's lips as Dean tries desperately to communicate without a voice.

I actually found the fic that I started for the last comment fic meme for this prompt before RL took over. I am working on it and hope to have something for you tomorrow - work be damned! :D

Dean has been deaged to a 3 year old. He knows nothing of monsters, doesn't know his mom is dead, doesn't know he has a brother. All he wants is his mom and dad, but this strange tall man isn't letting him.

After Sam dives into the pit at the end of Season 5 Castiel doesn't have the strength to heal Dean. Instead, he leaves Dean at a hospital and gets a message to Lisa that Dean's been badly injured and needs her help. For whatever reason, she shows up and takes him home when he's ready. I want some sort of permanent injury (blinded in one eye, brain injury, walks with a limp...don't care what, just something to add to the pity factor).

It's S4 and Sam's out cavorting with Ruby. Dean is alone, hell-traumatized and too ill and/or hurt to help himself. As in he's curled up helplessly on the bathroom floor, unable to move or do much of anything. Anna goes to him and offers sweet, tender, TLC.

Three's Company

It started with white lights. They flickered in strobe-like fashion and Dean braced. No. Not now. They don’t have time for this. Dad wouldn’t … and Sam needed him. Not now.

“Dean you watch our backs, Sam ‘n I will do the burns.”

He answered yes. Loudly. And the sound rang in his own ears. Stupid, freakin’ headaches. What the hell was this? He’d thought only girls got these. Sam called them migraines. Smartass would have some fancy-ass name for a headache. Only these headaches were the worst he ever felt in his twenty years on this planet.

The pain was hovering now … looking for entrance, scratching along the top of his skull like a centipede taking a stroll. Soon it would burrow inside, wearing steel-toed boots and doing the Macarena inside his head. He held the shotgun steady, eyes trying to stay focused in a sweep. Dad and Sam were behind him. Counting on him.

It blended into the halo of Dean’s vision and so he missed it. He realized only when he heard a yell behind him along with a sharp edged, “Dad!”

Oh god.

Dean spun around and yelled, “Get down!” to Sam before firing off a round into the vicious spirit. The ghost’s scattering wisps merged with the lights flickering all around him. The recoil of the shotgun blast thundered in his head. Dean staggered and nearly fell. A hand caught him before his knees hit the ground.

“Dean? What’s wrong?”

The white was glimmering now … flickering with silver bursts and the throbbing. Oh god. It was starting. He lifted his head to see where their father was. Sam followed his gaze. They saw a puff of smoke over a freshly dug grave and suddenly John was up and staring in their direction. In minutes he was on Dean’s other side, grabbing an arm.

“Gotta be his head,” Sam said.

“Dean? You okay?”

Dean wanted to say yes. To say that he was fine because it’s what he always said. That question was set on autoreply in his head. He started to shake his head yes when Sam jerked his arm. “Bullshit. You almost fell down from the noise of the shotgun. Don’t do this, dude. You don’t have to be a martyr all the time. If it hurts just say so.”

Sam meant well, Dean knew this. But that last loud whine? Friggin’ battering ram to his brain. He put his hand on his forehead and avoided his father’s eyes. This was the last thing his dad needed. “Didja … is it done?”

John nodded and they started walking to the car.

Back at the motel room their father disappeared into his own room. Dean didn’t know what his dad was up to that required privacy. Not like he was entertaining a woman or anything. Just that lately when they were flush with cash he’d get two rooms. It was summer. In the fall when school started again they’d settle somewhere for a few months at least. Dean knew how much Sam wanted to spend the entire school year in one place. He’d be starting his junior year this September. Just turned sixteen. He’d grown so much the last couple of months that he was Dean’s height now. Was weird.

Dean's been permanently injured in some way and he's convinced himself that he's not desirable to the ladies anymore. Sam is constantly trying to point out girls eyeing him up, but Dean thinks the're just gaping at the injury. Finally he meets a girl who manages to prove otherwise and show him a good despite Dean's best attempts at running her off.

Oooh, this. Le sigh.

Something 127 Hours-ish (sans the self-amputation) in which Dean is caught in the desert alone while hunting a fugly and he's trapped by something, is seriously hurt -- as in he can't crawl out of there even if he wasn't trapped, and is basically waiting to die. There is no escape and next to no chance of rescue. He's only got one water-bottle that's half-empty and tepid, a gun with a couple of bullets in it, and some M&Ms. Cue in hallucinations and heatstroke and maybe some hell-torture. Sam comes in on the 11th (or 127th) hour and saves him, taking him back to the motel and tending to his sun-cooked sibling. No hand-holding or digressing into sap, please. Keep them brothers. Also? S1-S5 only please, since I haven't seen S6 yet and avoiding S6 spoilers. I'd prefer S1-S3 but will accept S4/S5 'verse.

Bonus Note:

By Hell-Torture, I obviously mean that if you choose to set this post-LAZARUS RISING, there can be hell-flashbacks and other PTSD goodies.

Dean is hit with some kind of curse or ordinary illness that's making him puke all the time. It doesn't seem like a huge deal at first, but then it gets serious.

After Castiel tries to talk to Dean in the gas station in "Lazarus Rising", he leaves behind some permanent damage. Over the first half of the season, Dean slowly loses his hearing.

So how will he deal with everything going on when he can't even hear it?

Bonus if this is what snaps Sam to his senses and gets him to open up and beat the demon blood addiction early.

Wee!Dean is convinced that there's some kind of monster in disguise at his school (his teacher, a fellow student, etc.) and is terrified of going to school. John checks it out and doesn't find anything and so makes Dean go to school, but it turns out Dean was right.

The cure for Dean's vampirism left Dean blind.

There is pounding, heavy pounding. And at the same time it feels as if he is standing right next to a waterfall, a loud murmur blending out all the other sounds. Or, most of the other sounds because the clanking of metal and glass feels like a sharp knife cutting right through his brain.

And then there is his brother’s voice.

“So, what you see in there?”, Sam sounds urgent and Dean misses the second cue because his eyes are shut tightly against the onslaught of noise. He never sees the desperate look Sam throws his grandfather who just goes on putting the cure that Dean doesn’t really believe in together.

“What?”

“In the nest. What you see in there?”, Sam presses again and if Dean had the nerve, he’d deck his asshole-soulless-brother one because that, that isn’t really his brother.

From there on, things bet blurry. Literally.

Pre-series. Before Sam leaves for Stanford (Dean 20-21, Sam 16-17) Dean suffers a head injury that leads to absence seizures - 10's to 100's in a day. John just assumes Dean's head isn't in the game and ends up punishing Dean with compliance exercises (running laps, push-ups, etc). Sam, Dean OR mild Sam/Dean. S1-S5 only, please.

I'm not talking about an enema in the sexual sense at all... Rather I'm just talking straight up flushing out the bowels. Maybe Dean has to go to the hospital and they give him an enema or Sam has to give him one following a hunt because he got infected by a supernatural fugly. But it'd be nice if Dean's filled up to just past that point where it's uncomfortable and borderline painful. And preferably with ice-cold water that induces painful cramping and maybe some whimpering and crying, during which Sam does some tummy-rubbing and whispering of sweet nothings.

I'm kind of tempted by this, because very recently somebody I know had serious 'fecal impaction' (so I know just how painful it is and how much complaining takes place!) The outcome wasn't an enema in the end, but it could have been. I'm tempted, very tempted. It'd just be pushing my boundaries to the extreme.

Maybe. What do you think? Should I?

I posted this on my holiday wishlist but I'm going to shamelessly repost it.

I can't shake a new kink I've picked up: blood transfusion? Gen, Wincest, anything is cool, but one brother giving the other brother a field transfusion (you know, on the assumption they're the same blood type). I'd prefer earlier seasons, but honestly, go with whatever you'd like.

I'm a sucker for this trope. Dean is having a terrible day -- not epic Winchester terrible, but he has a nasty cold, the car won't start, he stubs his toe, waitresses get his order wrong, Sam snaps at him, the weather sucks, and the grave he has to dig up is, like, ten feet deep and the heaviest clay soil he's ever encountered, that kind of thing.

But then Sam wises up and gets him a hot shower and hot beverages and an action flick and awesome comfort sex.

The methods Sam chooses for his daily (and sometimes twice-daily) torture is to fill Dean's bladder with an enema of ice-cold water and to fill him with more than twice the amount normally parceled to adults, which is intensely uncomfortable and painful because of the frigid temperatures. Then Sam forces Dean to hold it in as he walks, often for hours, thus inducing painful bloating and cramping, not allowing him to relieve himself until he gives the word.

Another form of torture Sam prefers is to force Dean to drink a full bottle of Milk of Magnesia and then ties him to the bed with his legs totally straight so he can't draw up his knees when the laxative kicks in, exacerbating the cramping. Dean's reduced to near-tears pleading with Sam to allow him to at least go to the bathroom while suffering through the cramps. Sam doesn't allow him and watches as Dean soils himself, the diarrhea often intense, uncontrollably explosive, and very watery... to the point where it burns.

How sad is it to admit that this is a sick fascination of mine?! I second this!

I'm literally gonna cut and paste from my holiday wishlist - is that legal?

- Both Sam and Cas have, at certain times during S6, been enabling Dean's drinking problem in an attempt to calm him down. I'd like to see something tactfully exploring this: every time he's riled-up, they pour him a drink and say hey, relax, drink this, not realizing (b/c angel and soulless) that it might be BAD FOR HIM. I'd like to see a fic where they get a reality check regarding Dean's (functional) alcoholism, and their own strange relationship to it.

And to quote honeylocusttrees: Please something more nuanced and in-depth than "drunk on a hunt, someone gets hurt, etc."

Dean's day as death isn't without consequences. It starts small -- he feels cold all the time. Then he starts seeing reapers -- he knows sometimes, now, when people are about to die. But there's nothing he can do to stop it, he knows that. Then he starts slipping into the reaper zone himself -- not like he's dying, just like he steps out of his body, spends a few hours walking the borderlands between life and death, sometimes talking to the souls who get to go on, but never able to go forward or back of his own volition. At first he returns to his body in due course, to find Sam panicking over him, but then one day he slips out and he waits and waits to wake up and find himself back in his body, but it doesn't happen. He's somewhere in Peru or something, watching a mountaineer who's about to fall, but he's got to get back to where Sam is, he's got to fix this before he's stuck forever as neither a human soul nor a reaper, just some abstract witnessing thing in between . . .

Eighteen year old Dean gets a call from Lisa and learns he's fathered a child. He decides to take care of his family, a decision John actually supports, and stops hunting. Years later something attacks the family, Lisa's killed and Dean is severely injured. He's not able to take care of his son by himself + maybe they're both in danger. Sam helps.
